SCHOLASTIC BOOK FAIR

A.L. Horton will be hosting their fall Scholastic Book Fair from Monday, October 21th, through Thursday, October 24, 2019, 8:30a.m. - 3:30p.m.. The theme for the book fair this fall is “Arctic Adventure/Ultimate Xpedition” –“ Snow Much to Read!!!!”
The library will be open during the day as well as during Parent/Teacher Interviews, and everyone is welcome to check out the selection. Attached please find Scholastic Book fair showcasing a few of the interesting books for sale!!! Parents, grandparents and the community are welcome to visit the book fair throughout the day and during the late nights – October 23, 2019 3:30p.m.-7:30p.m. and October 24, 2019, 3:30p.m.-5:30p.m.
Proceeds from the book fair directly support the purchasing of new student resources in the library. Reading is a very important part of your child’s education. Be interested in their reading by asking them what they are reading and share your love of reading with them.
Ask your child about the “Celebrate With Stories” reading theme from our read-in week activities, what did they learn about celebrating their reading achievements.
