School Council

About Us

The A.L. Horton School Council is a group of parents/caregivers who meet each month to provide advice and suggestions to school administration on school matters. All parents/caregivers of A.L. Horton students are welcome to attend and join the discussion!

The fundraising society - Friends of A.L. Horton Elementary School Society - includes parents/caregivers who volunteer to coordinate fundraisers for playgrounds, technology, field trips, and other items and events that support the school. Many volunteers are needed this year as fundraising to replace the first of our three playgrounds begins.
